Marion Devoe

Marion Devoe was born in Savannah, Georgia, and has resided in Virginia since 1987. He currently lives in Haymarket, Virginia, with his wife and has three adult children.

He graduated from Savannah State University where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Business Administration. He earned a Master’s Degree in Business from the University of Maryland in 1998. Marion proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1969 to 1971 and is a Vietnam Combat Veteran.

Marion’s career expands many decades and includes working as a Chief Operations Officer for the Executive Office of the President under former President George W. Bush. His work experience includes working in Corporate America as Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Xerox Corporation and Northern Virginia Community College.
