John McGuire

I was blessed with opportunity and a drive to succeed, despite obstacles along the way. My experiences have forged my commitment to service, whether it’s serving our country or our values. As your next Congressman, I will always put serving the people of the Commonwealth FIRST.

John McGuire was born and raised in Central Virginia. As a child, he was abandoned and spent his early childhood years in the foster care system, attending nine different elementary schools. By the grace of God, his grandparents rescued him and his older sister from the foster care system and raised them until John graduated from high school in 1988.
