I am proud to be a lifelong Virginian and have called Roanoke home for the past 25 years. Throughout my career and community service, I have dedicated myself to making life better for families in Southwest Virginia. Now, I’m ready to take that commitment to the General Assembly to fight for solutions that work for all of us.

Southwest Virginia deserves a leader who will put people over politics, work across the aisle, and bring real solutions—not just talk—to Richmond. As a business and finance professional with 35 years at Carilion Clinic—in roles including Vice President of Finance, I know how to balance budgets without cutting the care and support that our neighbors rely on.

I believe in protecting reproductive freedom, ensuring access to healthcare—including Medicaid and Medicare—and ensuring every family has the opportunity to thrive. I believe in thoughtful leadership that respects our values, prioritizes fiscal responsibility, and ensures everyone has a fair shot at success.

Use my financial expertise to reduce wasteful spending while ensuring vital programs remain strong. Support small businesses and workforce development to grow our local economy. Keep taxes low while making smart investments in infrastructure, education, and job training.

Protect Medicaid access so families and seniors can afford care. Advocate for rural healthcare solutions to keep our hospitals and clinics open. Support mental health and addiction treatment programs

Lead with respect and civility—because good governance starts with listening. Work with both parties to pass commonsense solutions that benefit Southwest Virginia. Restore trust in government by focusing on honest, practical leadership over partisan games.

Invest in public education and support teachers while keeping decision-making local. Expand vocational training, apprenticeships, and community college programs to prepare students for well-paying jobs. Ensure that parents and educators have a say in shaping their children’s future.
